SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We really appreciate your business. We want to thank you for your understanding and cooperation in advance.
We use UPS and USPS base on the time and cost. We will choose the fastest and cheapest options. If USPS doesn’t delivery to your address please request for UPS.
We have a 30 days return for all products.
In the event that your item arrives broken, please email Info@healthybowls.com immediately. Please open and inspect all packages upon receipt. We cannot process damaged claims more than 15 days after you received the item. Please keep the broken item and all packaging for at least 14 days after you have contacted us.
You might not need to mail the broken item back to us. Please email us photos of the damaged item and any damage to the packaging first. In addition, if you purchased a fermenting crock, please indicate whether the lid and stones were damaged, or only the crock itself. Once we have the photos, we will be able to ship you a replacement within 1-2 business days.
All Other Returns
If you would like to return the item you purchased for any reasons, please email us immediately. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping to get the product back to us. Once we have received the item, we will inspect it for any damage. If the product is unused and in sell-able condition, we will issue a full refund excluding the actual shipping charges.
You must contact us before sending the item back to us, otherwise we won't be able to process the return. The item will need to be back in our possession within 45 days of the original order. If we receive the order outside of this time period, we will be unable to process your return.
We recommend you purchase insurance on the return shipment for the purchase price of the item. If the product is damaged during the return shipment, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping company if you choose. We will be unable to give you a refund of the original order in this situation.
We collect information from you when you place an order or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:
To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs)
To process transactions
Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the purchasing of shipping labels to deliver the purchased products.

The email address you provide for order processing, will only be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order.

After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

My juicer will not turn on. What should I do?
There are a few things to check. 1) Make sure the socket into which you are plugging the machine works. Kitchen sockets have safety devices that are sensitive and turn off easily. 2) The fuse may be defective. Turn the juicer over; on the bottom there will be a black knob, which is the fuse holder. Turn the fuse holder counter-clockwise to release it. Take out the fuse and replace it. With your juicer you will find an extra fuse that should be affixed to the bottom of the machine. Place the fuse in the holder and turn it clockwise while pushing down to lock into the correct position.
